App license and purchases

App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under the applicable Store terms. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where applicable. Third-party and open-source licenses supplied with Film Pro continue to govern their respective components and take precedence for those components. These terms do not remove rights granted by those licenses.

Your content

You retain ownership of your media. Use only material you have permission to edit and distribute. Obtain consent before recording a person or generating a voice based on their recording. You are responsible for how you use exported content.

Availability and support

Film Pro is currently being prepared for release. Features, compatibility and availability may change before launch. Keep backups of important media and projects. Optional model downloads depend on external hosts and available disk space.

This website provides product and support information. No purchase can be made here. To the extent allowed by law, it is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
